ENG Playing 11: England will face Pakistan in the second match of ODI series here at the iconic Lord’s. Their bowlers led a spirited performance in the first match to bundle out Pakistan for 141 which the batters chased down with ease. Despite being inexperienced, this second string England side have a chance to win a series against a well established international team. In the head-to-head record in ODIs, England leads Pakistan 54-32. England are 3rd while Pakistan are at 6th position at the ICC ODI Rankings.
Despite several first-choice players missing, England have showed that they have enough white ball depth to trouble any opposition in the world. The hosts are likely to continue their winning combination.
