There is some good news for Indian cricket. Jasprit Bumrah has resumed training and he is looking good on the path of recovery although he didn’t bowl yet.

In the KKR vs KXIP IPL 2019 match, Punjab will have a big boost as pacer Andrew Tye is available and so is their primer finisher David Miller. Kolkata too will take a sigh of relief as Sunil Narine is fully fit and ready to play.

Bumrah spotted during Mumbai’s training

The Indian pacer injured his left shoulder in the first match and didn’t come to bat.

However Mumbai Indians confirmed that he is fine and will recover soon.

To  Mumbai’s relief, the pacer joined the team in the training session at Bangalore where they will face RCB on Thursday.

Bumrah took part in the fielding drill which shows that his left-hand is doing well, however he didn’t bowl a single delivery in the session.

Punjab and Kolkata boosted by availability of key players

Like Mumbai, Kolkata too have a relief as their key weapon Sunil Narine is fit and has recovered from the injury he suffered during the match against SRH.

On the other hand, pace bowler Andrew Tye and middle-order batsman David Miller are available for Punjab and may feature in the playing XI.
