Shaheen Afridi Sarfaraz Ahmed Verbal spat Fight PSL

Quetta Gladiators managed to topple one of the table toppers in Lahore Qalandars in the 23rd match of the Pakistan Super League in Abu Dhabi. Though, the result came in as a surprise, the talking point of the game was the spat between the former Pakistan captain Sarfaraz Ahmed and the superstar Shaheen Afridi towards the end of the first innings.

Sarfaraz Ahmed not happy with Shaheen Afridi’s bouncers

Shaheen Afridi is one of the most well rounded bowlers in world cricket going around. As a matter of fact, he is the best left arm seamer in world cricket in white ball formats. He has all the weapons in his armory and can rattle any batsman in the world.

Quetta Gladiators were struggling to put bat to ball against Shaheen Afridi in the slog overs and the lanky left arm seamer decided to pepper Sarfaraz Ahmed with a barrage of bouncers which didn’t go well with the senior statesman.

Sarfaraz Ahmed had no rights in asking the bowler to stop bowling bouncers to him but he did which riled up the bowler and a verbal spat took place in the middle of the ground.

Earlier, Lahore won the toss and asked Quetta to bat first on a tricky wicket. It was that man James Faulkner again who provided breakthrough for Lahore with a wicket with the new ball and Quetta were in a bit of a trouble but Azam Khan smashed a 18 ball 33 to give a much needed momentum to Quetta’s innings.
