BJP President Amit Shah met with former Indian cricket captain Dhoni in Delhi to inform him about the various initiatives of the Modi Government.

As a part of ‘Sampark for Samarthan’ campaign, Amit Shah met one of the best finishers of the world.

Sampark for Samarthan is a campaign which is being run by the Bharatiya Janta Party ahead of the 2019 general under which Amit Shah will be meeting influential people from different walks of life and make them aware of the various achievements and initiatives of the incumbent government.

More than 4,000 party members have been asked to meet get in touch with more than 1 lakh people, who are pioneers of their respective fields to spread awareness about the achievements of Modi regime.

This initiative was launched earlier in May when Amit Shah had met former Army Chief Dalbir Singh Suhag. The party chief had also met Lata Mangeshkar at her home to inform her about the work carried out by the Indian government for the welfare of the people.

While meeting Dhoni, he was accompanied by BJP Delhi president Manoj Tiwari, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal and a few other senior BJP leaders.

Amit Shah took to social media and posted about it on his Twitter handle talking about his meeting with Captain Cool as a part of BJP’s ‘Sampark for Samarthan’ initiative.

As part of ‘Sampark for Samarthan’ initiative, met MS Dhoni, one of the greatest finishers in world cricket. Shared with him several transformative initiatives and unprecedented work done by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s govt in the last 4 years,” Shah tweeted about his meeting with Dhoni.

Mahendra Singh Dhoni has recently returned from England tour after completing T20I series against Ireland and England and ODI Series against England.

He failed to do the talking with the willow in England but his fans believe that Dhoni will make a strong comeback as India’s one of the best finishers.
