ENGLAND IS LEADING THE FIVE MATCH TEST SERIES BY 2-0.
The third Test match between England and India is set to be played from August 18, 2018. England are already leading the five-match series by 2-0. During the first test match at Edgbaston, England won the game by 31 runs, whereas in the second Test match at Lord’s, England won by an innings and 159 runs. Since Virat Kohli is the captain of the Indian cricket team, his fitness was the team management’s priority. As a leader of the squad, Kohli would play a key role whether India will be able to make a comeback in the Test series on one of the fastest pitches in England.
INDIAN BATSMEN’S DISAPPOINTING SHOW
During the first two Test match, the Indian batsmen performed very badly, and none of the batsmen could stay at the crease for much longer. The entire batting line-up failed miserably in front of English bowlers. As a result of all this, the Indian Test squad was highly criticised by everyone. Fans were very disappointed, cricket experts, as well as cricket legends, discussed the possible flaws and mistakes.
