Joshi is on the top of the list as he has experience as a player and as a coach. He had represented India in 69 ODIs and 15 Tests. He also had a coaching stint with Oman. A veteran of the sport, the left-handed spinner has had 160 first-class games and coached for Jammu and Kashmir, Hyderabad and Assam.
The interview will be conducted this Friday in Mumbai and conducting them will be BCCI cricket operations GM Saba Karim, COA member Diana Edulji and Amitabh Choudhary who is the acting secretary.
This opportunity had opened up after former coach Tushar Arothe left the post as he and the other senior players developed differences over the last 12 months after he took the team to the World Cup finals
