Former Boss of Spain, Julen Lopetegui could do nothing but wishing good luck to the team as he was axed by the federation from the coach ship of the football team just a day before Spain kick-started their World Cup campaign.

As Julen Lopetegui took a new job role of managing the La Liga giants Real Madrid after one of the greatest of all time Zinedine Zidane left the club soon after making Madrid the UCL champion for 13th time.

Just before two days of the world cup, Lopetegui was announced as Madrid’s new coach who was supposed to take charge after World Cup. Later on, the Spanish federation came up with something more shocking as they decided to sack Lopetegui and participate in the FIFA World Cup with new Coach; Fernando Hierro.

After getting the news from the media that Hierro was his replacement, Lopetegui addressed the media and said, “I’m very sad, but we have a magnificent team, and I hope we win the World Cup”. The world of Football has started giving the awful support to Lopetegui, in a statement Xavi said, “Lopetegui’s decision was unfortunate, unexpected and badly timed. It was a surprise for everyone, but Rubiales reacted very well. He looked after the federation, which should always be above any individual.”
