After facing off Somerset on an opening day, Glamorgan will take on Gloucestershire on Friday in their second match in two days.
Placed in South Group, both the teams will face off at the College Ground in Cheltenham on Friday, June 19.
A total of eighteen teams divided into two groups – North and South are taking part in the tournament. Worchestershire Rapids are the reigning champions in the competition.
The top-four teams from both the group will advance into the quarter-finals, followed by the semi-finals and the final in September.

For Gloucestershire – Chris Dent (125), Jack Taylor (99), Tom Smith (84) and Benny Howell (76) will be the key in batting. All looked good in last over victory against Leicestershire in the Specsavers County Championship and will look to carry their form
M Klinger smashed 49 off 42 balls for the Gloucestershire Second XI against Somerset at Rockhampton on Wednesday and will open the innings for Gloucestershire
Ian Cockbain smashed 45 and 91 in the matches at Rockhampton and will be the key in the middle order
Andrew Tye will be the death bowler for Gloucestershire in the clash
For Glamorgan, the top three – Jeremy Taylor (43), David Lloyd (57) and Colin Ingram (50*) were the key scorers in the first game
C Cooke and Billy Root will have to show support with the bat
D Douthwaite and Andrew Salter picked 1 wicket each against Somerset
