KXIP vs MI Dream11 Prediction: Two teams who are at the same stage with 2 losses and 1 win from three matches, but two teams who have played completely different cricket, Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians are set to meet each other in what seems like a battle of equals. Punjab have been one of the best sides in the competition and have found a way to lose games from winning positions while Mumbai have not played their best cricket and have always been jittery starters even after a plethora of titles. KXIP must be getting frustrated as they are playing good cricket and must be feeling that luck is not on their side but they can’t afford any negative thoughts going into the match against powerhouse MI as one mistake and Mumbai will hurt you. Both teams have some solid hitters and expect another high-scoring thriller.
Indian Premier League Season 13 Kings XI Punjab vs Mumbai Indians Date – Thursday, 01 October 2020 Time: 7:30 PM (IST); 6:00 PM (Local Time) Venue – Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi
Pitch Report: Abu Dhabi has hosted 4 matches so far it has been an even contest when it comes to team batting first and second as it is 2-2. Only once have we seen a team getting past the 160s (Mumbai Indians 195/5 vs Kolkata Knight Riders) but considering the batting form, particularly from KXIP, expect a high score. Team News KXIP: Punjab have still not fielded their mystery spinner Mujeeb Ur Rahman and they may just do it after what happened to their pace bowlers in the loss against Rajasthan Royals. One of Sheldon Cottrell or James Neesham can make way for the spinner. Team News MI: There are still doubts whether Nathan Coulter-Nile has recovered fully or not. If he has, then he is likely to replace James Pattinson as Coulter-Nile is handy with the bat too.

Captain Choices:
KL Rahul: Reasons, why we have gone with KL Rahul, is – First: He is in great batting form, maybe the form of his life. Second: Seems Rahul has allotted Mayank to take all the risks and his role is to bat longer. Third: Rahul is also a wicket-keeper which means there will be extra points coming apart from his batting points. Convinced yet!? He is a no-brainer in KXIP vs MI Dream11 Prediction Teams. IPL Record: Matches: 70 Batting: 2199 High-Score: 132* Strike Rate: 139

Rohit Sharma: The reason why Rohit Sharma is our option is because of the fact that he is one of the best batsmen in the tournament and is also the most dangerous one. The elegant right-hander has missed out twice and came good once, after this match the chances of failures and success are expected to be the same. IPL Record: Matches: 191 Batting: 4998 High-Score: 109* Strike Rate: 130
Vice-Captain Choices
Nicholas Pooran: The West Indian hitter had a couple of failures but showed what he can do in the game against RR. He strikes the ball cleanly and looks better equipped to destroy a bowling line-up more than the ultimate-destroyer, Glenn Maxwell. Pooran is also brilliant in the field and doesn’t drop anything. IPL Record: Matches: 10 Batting: 210 High-Score: 48 Strike Rate: 154
Kieron Pollard: The Mumbai Indians’ legend exploded in the game against Royal Challengers Bangalore and almost won them the unwinnable game. He takes pride in everything he does, especially with Mumbai his second home, and the giant will fancy the KXIP attack, the attack that actually manages to lose the unlosable game. IPL Record: Matches: 151 Batting: 2846 High-Score: 83 Strike Rate: 148
X-Factors-Differential Picks
Mayank Agarwal: It’s such a pity that Agarwal has produced two match-winning efforts only to end up on losing side on both occasions. He is the man who takes all the early risks and makes Rahul’s life easy. Mayank is in dream batting form and expect him to shine today also. IPL Record: Matches: 80 Batting: 1487 High-Score: 106 Strike Rate: 133
Quinton de Kock: QDK hasn’t had a solid bat in the tournament so far but it is expected to change as he has a brilliant record KXIP. Against the North Indians, he has a batting average of 43 and that would give him confidence, not that he needs any, to go big in the match. IPL Record: Matches: 53 Batting: 1504 High-Score: 108 Strike Rate: 131
Ravi Bishnoi (Credits 8): The young leggie is playing the big man’s game pretty well. He seems to have a strong mind and even stronger control. He hardly bowls a bad ball which means batsmen are forced to take risks against him, which can and is resulting in wickets.
Ishan Kishan (Credits 8.5): It will take us time to get over the innings of 99 he played against RCB. He is a small unit but packs a punch. It is great to see all these young wicket-keeper batsmen fighting it out to make a name and place for them in the Indian squad. He made a whole lot of difference in the last KXIP vs MI Today Match Prediction teams.
