MIN vs MEM Dream11: The NBA Playoffs are raging and we have seen incredible comebacks recently. Some of the teams like 76ers and Warriors are already looking primed to make it to the next round. This can be an important phase for various teams that want to erase deficits in terms of the series. In this game, the Minnesota Timberwolves will like to level things as they meet the Memphis Grizzlies.
The Grizzlies erased a 20+ points deficit in the last game and they have done a great job of picking things on the defensive end. In the last match, the Timberwolves fumbled in the ultimate quarter and that can hurt their confidence. So, how will they respond here as they look to even the series?
Host: Minnesota Timberwolves Visitors: Memphis Grizzlies Match Timing: 24 April, @ 07:30 AM (+05:30 UTC) Venue: Target Center
Wild series
The Grizzlies have now managed to shut down the Timberwolves below 100 points in the last two games. Memphis was themselves struggling on the offensive end, having compiled just 70 points in three quarters but they outscored the Timberwolves 37:12 in the fourth quarter. Will this affect the Timberwolves’ rhythm heading into Game 4?
Brandon Clarke was huge in the last game as he scored 20 and thanks to him, the Grizzlies overcame a poor shooting night by Morant. The Grizzlies once again outrebounded Timberwolves, eking out a 48:41 edge in that department. The Timberwolves shot below 40% while the Grizzlies turned it over 18 times although they hit two more threes with a better percentage of 37. Desmond Bane nailed seven triples which was also a huge factor.
Fantasy related speculations
Despite a tough shooting night, Ja Morant remains an incredible option for the Grizzlies as he notched a triple-double. Desmond Bane has been a consistent scorer but Dillon Brooks has been unable to get going at times. Jaren Jackson’s foul troubles make him a risky option. Steven Adams has fallen off the radar and he didn’t even play a single minute in the last game.
Although Anthony-Towns had 5 blocks in the last game, his scoring has been below average so far this series. D’Angelo Russell showed he can get his shooting in the home whereas Anthony Edwards continues to be an effective scoring option. Jarred Vanderbilt and Patrick Beverley had strong games. Malik Beasley can be a decent filler option.

Anthony Edwards(MIN) Points: 19 Rebounds: 07 Assists: 02 Steals: 01 High-scoring wing Anthony has done well nailing his threes and he is already a terrific finisher inside while being a decent rebounder. I expect a 19-25 points and 4-7 rebounds range. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 32-46
Ja Morant(MEM) Points: 16 Rebounds: 10 Assists: 10 Blocks: 03 Steals: 01 Morant did have a triple-double in the last game but he committed seven turnovers and he shot just 27% from the field. I expect him to be in 26-34 points, 8-11 assists, 4-8 rebounds, and 1-3 blocks/steals range. He can be chosen as a Star/Pro Player in the Dream 11 NBA Fantasy scenario. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 45-56
Karl Anthony-Towns(MIN) Points: 08 Rebounds: 05 Assists: 01 Blocks: 05 Karl has rather been a defensive presence and hasn’t attempted his average number of shots but he is still an incredible option. I expect him to be in 17-23 points, 7-12 rebounds, and 2-3 blocks range. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 38-48
Jaren Jackson(MEM) Points: 06 Rebounds: 07 Assists: 00 Steals: 02 Blocks: 02 Power Forward Jaren is a terrific defensive player but he can be in consistent foul trouble with his physical nature of play. I expect a 11-15 points, 5-9 rebounds, and 1-4 blocks range. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 25-35
D’Angelo Russell (MIN) Points: 22 Rebounds: 05 Assists: 08 Steals: 01 Crafty Guard Russell recovered from a couple of cold shooting nights and he is an incredible playmaker and a terrific shooter. I expect a 16-21 points and 6-9 assists range. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 27-44
Desmond Bane(MEM) Points: 26 Rebounds: 06 Assists: 02 Blocks: 02 Steals: 01 Off-guard Desmond is a terrific shooter and he made almost half of his 15 attempts from the three-point line. I believe the sharpshooter will be in 17-24 points range. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 26-40
