Bam Adebayo guarding James Harden MIA vs PHI Dream11

MIA vs PHI Dream11: The NBA Playoffs have really reached peak levels of excitement and as of now we are in the climactic phase of the Conference Semi-Finals on either side. In the West, the Suns and the Mavs are tied but the Warriors have crafted a three-one advantage. In the East, the Celtics and the Bucks are tied, and so are the Miami Heat and the Philadelphia 76ers, these two will meet here.

The Miami Heat has shown fierce resistance from the 76ers ever since Joel Embiid has returned to the scene. The 76ers have won two in a row and defeated the Heat 116:108 in the last game as James Harden finally exploded and put up 31 points. Can the Heat bounce back in Game 5 or will Philly crack three wins in a row?

NBA Projections, Stats & Analysis

How can Butler and co. counter Embiid?

For the Heat, only Jimmy Butler has had some semblance of offensive production and he is yet to score below 20 points in the Playoffs. Adebayo bounced back from a poor effort in Game 3 and had a brilliant 9/12 shooting. The Heat shot just 7/35 from the three-point line and this has been one of their issues during the series. The Heat did a great job from the free-throw line, making 25 of their 28 free throws.

On the other hand, Philly shot 50+ % from the field and made 48% of their three-point attempts. James Harden nailed six of their total 16 triples and there is no doubt it was this performance that led the 76ers to an important win. On the other hand, Embiid had a strong 24 points and 11 rebounds effort while Danny Green had another impactful night, clicking on three of his four three-point attempts.

Maxey continued to sizzle against the Heat and extracted 18 points. On the other hand, except for Adebayo and Butler, the team struggled to find efficient production. Tyler Herro remains off from the field and made just 4 of his 12 shots and has been this way throughout the series. The difference between the two teams in the last four games has been the difference of scoring balance.

*Last game stats*
Jimmy Butler(MIA)
Points: 40
Rebounds: 03
Assists: 06
Steals: 02
Blocks: 02
Jimmy made 13 of his 20 shots in the last game and he has continued to be the offensive leader for the Heat during the Playofffs. He can do a lot more than just scoring and I expect a 26-34 points, 4-8 assists, and 3-5 rebounds range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 40-55

James Harden(PHI)
Points: 31
Rebounds: 07
Assists: 09
Steals: 01
Harden had his best game of the Playoffs and finally got it going from the three-point line while continuing to be a rebounding and playmaking factor. I believe he will be in 18-24 points, 6-9 assists, and 5-8 rebounds range. He is a candidate for Star/Pro Player in the Dream 11 NBA Fantasy scenario.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 39-55

Joel Embiid(PHI)
Points: 24
Rebounds: 11
Assists: 02
Blocks: 01

Joel shot 7/13 in the last game and has helped out in two straight wins of the 76ers being an all-around factor. I expect a 20-25 points, 9-14 rebounds, and 1-3 blocks range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 34-44

Bam Adebayo(MIA)
Points: 21
Rebounds: 07
Assists: 04
Blocks: 01
Bam was having trouble adjusting to the return of Embiid in Game 1 but had a huge impact on the offensive end in the last game, nailing 75% of his attempts.  I expect a 18-24 points, 6-10 rebounds, and 1-3 steals/blocks range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 28-38

Tyrese Maxey(PHI)
Points: 18
Rebounds: 03
Assists: 04

Maxey’s consistency is remarkable and in the last game, he punched five of his ten attempts from the field. I expect a 16-21 points and 4-6 rebounds/assists range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 25-35
Tyrese Maxey MIA vs PHI Dream11

Tyler Herro(MIA)
Points: 11
Rebounds: 10
Assists: 01
Steals: 02
After a strong start to the series, Tyler is inefficient again and he has struggled in away from home scenarios especially. I think he will bounce back and will will be in 17-23 points and 4-6/rebounds assists range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 27-37

  • Victor Oladipo(MIA) had 15 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, 3 steals, 2 blocks in the last game. Victor has been a dependable option off the bench and earned ten free-throw trips in the last game, capitalizing on eight chances. I expect a 13-18 points range here.

    Expected Fantasy Points Range: 10-16
  • Kyle Lowry(MIA) had 6 points, 7 assists, 3 rebounds, 2 steals in the last game. Lowry’s offense has been horrendous in the Playoffs and he couldn’t even make one out of his six three-point attempts. I expect a 10-14 points and 4-7 assists range here though.
