Ishan has also become youngest to score double century in the history of the 50-overs format at the age of 24 years old. He has joined an elite list of Indian cricketers and just the fourth player after Sachin Tendulkar, Rohit Sharma and Virender Sehwag to score a double hundred in ODI cricket so far.

While playing his first game of the series, Ishan Kishan composed a superlative innings of 210 runs off just 131 deliveries that consisted of 24 fours and 10 sixes. This is the highest individual score by any cricketer against Bangladesh in the history of ODI cricket.
