Match 15 of the entertaining IPL 2023 will see Royal Challengers Bangalore taking on Lucknow Super Giants on Monday (April 10) at Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. The Men in Red suffered an embarrassing 83-run defeat against Kolkata Knight Riders in their last fixture. The loss dented RCB’s NRR heavily as they slipped to 7th position.  

The Faf du Plessis-led side started brilliantly with the ball, reducing the Kolkata side to 89/5. But a blinder from Shardul Thakur and wayward bowling at the death allowed the hosts to post a mammoth 204 in 20 overs. Bangalore couldn’t recover after that shift in momentum as they just got bundled out for 123 in the chase. 

The side will need to work on their death bowling and will be hoping for a better show from the pacers.
