Delhi Capitals are in the third spot in the league table and they will be looking to showcase why it’s not on accident. The team has been in great so far, and with an unbelievable bowling attack, they have a really good batting lineup as well. The franchise is looking to prove itself that they have finally come out of the worst end of the bad luck they have faced in recent years, and finally can deliver on their potential. With only three games in the regular season, The Capitals need to win only one to secure a spot in the playoffs.
Meanwhile, Royal Challengers Bangalore are the last placed side and have had a horrible season. The team has been extremely dysfunctional, and only lately have found their rhythm. Captain Virat Kohli has been in good touch, but he needs someone other than AB de Villiers to also step up and take responsibility. The franchise is on the brink of being the laughing stock, and even though are on a three game winning streak, might still see themselves being the side with the worst record in the IPL this season.

Pitch Report:
This pitch is a bit on the slow side and since this game is in midday, it will be rather dry, making it a good track to bat on as well.
