Having downed the same opponent in the last game, Samsung Lions will be aiming to clock back-to-back wins when they entertain LG Twins at Jamsil Baseball Stadium in the regular season of Korean Baseball League on Wednesday (IST). This will be the second match between these two teams in the three-game mini-series. Samsung drew Twins blank in the first game, winning 2-0 and moved 7th on the points table. Twins meanwhile remained rooted at second but will be cursing themselves after failing to take advantage of NC Dinos‘ surprise defeat at SK Wyverns. Twins are still two games behind current leaders Dinos on the table.
Lions have everything within their reach if they can sustain the current run of form which reads five wins in the last six games and six in the last 8.
