WCT20 Qualifiers

Ireland-Women vs Uganda-Women- IR-W vs UG-W

Ireland-Women- IR-W

A solid knock by Clare Shillington and Cecilia Joyce against Scotland helped Ireland climb to the top of Group B table.

Clare Shillington scored 47 runs in the last match against Scotland. She can make a significant contribution for her team against Uganda as well. Disciplined bowling by Lucy O Reily helped her side win against Scotland by 9 wickets. She returned figures of 3/23 in the match against Thailand Women as well. She is expected to take lead for Irish women in the next header.

Uganda- Women- UG-W  

Getrude Candiru and Immaculate Nakisuyi would be the key players for Uganda. Candiru returned with figures of 2/11  and scored an unbeaten 15* in the WCT20 qualifiers against Thailand women. Uganda women won their last match against Thailand women by 4 wickets and Candiru played a key role in it.

And, when it comes to Immaculate Nakisuuyi, she scored 21 runs for her side and took two scalps against Thailand women.

She is one of the most reliable bowlers of her side.

United Arab Emirates Women

Netherlands

Netherlands lost their last match against Bangladesh and they would be eyeing a win against Papua New Guinea.
