Asia Cup 2022: Aakash Chopra predicts India Playing XI for IND vs PAK match

Asia Cup 2022: The much-anticipated India vs Pakistan clash is just a few hours away from now. The two sides will face each other in the second match of the Asia Cup 2022 in Dubai. The excitement will get double, especially after what happened during the last time they faced each other. India would be eager to take their revenge and kick start their campaign on high.

Asia Cup 2022: Aakash Chopra predicts Indian XI for clash against Pakistan

The match between India and Pakistan has always been a high-octane clash and it is expected that same will be today (28th August). Both the teams over the years have put in hard yards and have left no stone unturned to defeat each other. India is currently leading the head to head record by the margin of 8-5.

Ahead of the clash, former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra has predicted his Indian XI for the clash. The opening slot in Chopra’s team will be donned by skipper Rohit Sharma and his deputy KL Rahul with India’s premier batter Virat Kohli sloted at No.3.

The cricketer-turned-commentator then gave a nod ahead to Rishabh Pant ahead of Dinesh Karthik and sloted him at No.4 with Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja at No.5, 6 & 7 respectively.

The pace department in Chopra’s Indian team for the Asia Cup 2022 will led by Bhuvneshwar Kumar with Arshdeep Singh and Avesh Khan being the other two pacers in the side. Whereas Yuzvendra Chahal will be the leg-spinner in the side.
