Glenn Maxwell who is popularly known as the Big Show by his Aussie teammates will be looking to stamp his authority on the IPL. Kings XI take on DC in their opener

The Kings xi Punjab will take on Delhi Capitals for their opening game in IPL 13th edition. The management have confirmed today that they have Big Show Glenn Maxwell available for selection in their opening game. This will be a major boost for them as he is a mainstay in their middle order. The Kings XI vs DC also has an interesting sub plot wherein former Kings XI Punjab captain and experienced campaigner Ravichandran Ashwin will turn out for Delhi Capitals this time. He will be playing under regular DC skipper Shreyas Iyer but as an off spinner and a shrewd tactician, will want to prove that he’s got what it takes to shine in this best cricketing competition in terms of quality.
