“Shardul Thakur is fit and available for selection for the 3rd Test. Now, we have to look at which combination we are going with. All the fast bowlers are ready to play and they want to play as the break after the 2nd Test helped,”  Ajinkya Rahane said

Bad luck for Ravichandran Ashwin

India is the best test side at the moment and is one the best test sides in the history of the test cricket. One of the important factors for a quality test side is having bowlers of all variety who can pick 20 opposition wickets in a game.

India posses such bowlers under their ranks and if any team can drop a bowler of Ravichandran Ashwin’s quality and still go on to dominate the oppositions, one can only imagine the depth of that team. In all likelihood, Ravichandran Ashwin is set to be not picked for the 3rd test as well and he will have to wait for his turn for much longer time now.
