Fan challenges Jofra Archer to defend 10 runs in an over, RR star gives savage reply

English paceman Jofra Archer had a terrific Indian Premier League with both ball and bat this year. Although his franchise Rajasthan Royals finished at the bottom place in the 8 team tournament, Jofra Archer posted in his tweet saying he will come back soon.

Jofra Archer is well known to engage with his fans in twitter. He has been giving out some savage responses for quite some years in his social media account. Recently Jofra Archer took to twitter to announce the launch of upcoming brand that is his own.

A consumer of the twitter came up with a rather bold challenge to paceman Jofra Archer under his post about the brand launch. He said –“ 6 balls I score 10 runs at least. Bet? “. Jofra Archer just was at his usual best as he just destroyed the fan with his savage reply saying –“ You have a son to live for bro”.

Known for breaking helmets

Jofra Archer maybe kidding with the fan when he threatened to kill him saying those words. But he is quite capable of doing so with a cricket ball as his weapon in hand. Jofra Archer has already struck the helmet of No1 test batsman Steven Smith during the famous Ashes series last year which sent him into a concussion and forced Steve Smith to miss the next test. He terrorized the first concussion substitute in international cricket in Marnus Labuschagne with a terrorizing bouncer in the same test match. He has also struck the helmet of couple of other batsmen during the world cup winning campaign for England.

The sharp bounce that Jofra Archer generated with his high arm action and the 150kmph pace at which he bowls is a genuine threat for any batsman in the field of play. The pace bowler will be looking forward for his next assignment representing England in a series versus South Africa.
