James Anderson talking about his first impression of Stuart Broad 

The fast-bowling duo of James Anderson and Stuart Broad have been ageing like a fine wine and carrying the load of England’s bowling line-up in the longest format of the game even in their late 30s. The duo shares great camaraderie between them both on as well as off the field. Their on-field record speak for itself as they share more than 1100 Test wickets between them and at the pace with which they are going, the pace bowling duo can easily cross 1500 wickets between them.

The duo bowling together over the years have been a treat to the eyes. While James Anderson debuted for England in 2002, his partner in crime Stuart Broad wore English Jersey for the first time in 2006. When Broad first came into the English Test side for a series against Sri Lanka in 2007 he had long blonde hair. Writing in his book, Anderson revealed how he felt when he first meet Broad. “The first time Stuart Broad walked into the dressing room, with his flowing blond hair, striking blue eyes and perfect figure, I thought: ‘My God, she’s beautiful.” James Anderson
