The pandemic is a tough situation for all. And for sportsperson and their families, it’s even more difficult. While they are on the field even in these testing times, to bring a smile on the faces on the public, their families are missing their dear ones. One prime example of this was visible in CSK’s latest Instagram live, where MS Dhoni’s wife Sakshi Singh Dhoni requested the CSK team to see her beloved husband.

Sakshi Dhoni requests CSK management to show a glimpse of her husband in Insta live

The ongoing coronavirus pandemic in India has forced the Indian Premier League to shift its base to the UAE. The pandemic and the associated safety precautions have made it difficult for the families of the players to travel with them for the lucrative tournament, unlike the previous years. But the team management of all franchises has made necessary facilities and arrangements so that the players can see their loved once virtually daily or on a frequent basis.

CSK’s last practice session was recorded live on Instagram and during the live, Dhoni’s wife, Sakshi requested CSK team manager Russell Radhakrishnan, who was handling the video streaming to show a glimpse of her husband.

“I wanna see Mahi?” was Sakshi commented.

Russell immediately moved the camera towards Dhoni. Sakshi was pleased with this gesture and quickly responded with a ‘thank you’ and ‘spotted him’ comment.
