Moises Henriques catch: Team India lost the ODI series against Australia in the second match of the three-match ODI series on Sunday (November 29). One of the positives from the 2nd ODI for India was Virat Kohli's knock of 87-ball 89. The Indian captain was undone by Moises Henriques taking a blinder at short mid-wicket, one of the highlights of the day.
It was a well-executed short-pitched delivery off Josh Hazlewood that Kohli pulled towards mid-wicket. Moises Henriques was alert and took a superb diving catch to his right to send the Indian captain back to pavillion.
After the loss in 2nd ODI, Virat Kohli said Team India were outplayed. “Completely outplayed. I think with the ball we were not that effective. Didn’t hit the areas we wanted to consistently. They’ve got a strong batting lineup and know the angles. Their total was a bit too steep, if you see we got 340 and still lost by 51 runs. With the areas they bowled, they were in a position to create chances and with those chances taken, they were on top,” said Virat Kohli.
