IND vs ENG 3rd T20: The five-game T20I series couldn’t have started off better as both teams are locked at 1-1 after England’s opening game thrashing of India before Virat Kohli’s men came out firing in the 2nd match. It was predicted before the start of the white-ball cricket that the T20i series and ODIs will be different ball-game altogether with India’s dominance in the recently concluded Test series, in which they won 3-1, having no bearing on how each team approach the white-ball. Still, the margin for error remains little. Rotation can be only so much in the high-profile series. England and India both will be amongst the favourites to win the T20 World Cup which will be played in India this year.
Will MS Dhoni Become A Monk?
For one or two reasons, India seem to have some issues at the top order as both Shikhar Dhawan and KL Rahul have flattered to deceive in this series. Ishan Kishan lo erupted with a special inning on his debut, while partnering KL Rahul up top. But Virat Kohli, after the toss which England won and decided to bowl first, confirmed that Rohit Sharma will be back in the India Playing 11 for the 3rd T20I match. As per news, the Mumbai Indians captain will partner KL Rahul at the top with Ishan Kishan batting at no-3.
