The BCCI has announced the schedule for the first two weeks for the 2019 season of Indian Premier League. The IPL 2019 tournament will start from March 23 with defending champions Chennai Super Kings taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore.
At the same time, BCCI has made it clear that once the Lok Sabha 2019 dates are released, BCCI will address any issues with the first two weeks and will also prepare a schedule for the remainder of the season working with the local authorities around the polling dates.
Total 17 matches will be played during the IPL 2019 schedule for the first two weeks.
