Sunil Narine IPL 2021: Kolkata Knight Riders are set to run into red-hot Chennai Super Kings in an important IPL 2021 match at Wankhede Stadium. Eoin Morgan is under pressure both as a captain and batsman. His tactics has to be spot on to get the better of a resurgent CSK team which is once again playing at the champions level. Ahead of the match, KKR has made some changes in a bid to reshuffle things a little, to be better equipped to tackle MS Dhoni’s team.
Eoin Morgan won the toss and opted to field first. The English captain confirmed two changes in KKR Playing 11 for the match against CSK, with West Indian Sunil Narine replacing Shakib Al-Hasan in the team. Kamlesh Nagarkoti also replaced Harbhajan Singh in KKR playing 11 in the other change on KKR playing 11.
In the pre-match show, former Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra about KKR’s changes. And he pressed again that KKR should have gone with Sunil Narine earlier in the tournament.
Kamlesh Nagarkoti is the other change in KKR Playing 11, as we mentioned above. Though the experience is against the 21-year-old, the right-handed fast-bowler adds much-needed firepower to KKR’s blatant bowling attack.
Kamlesh Nagarkoti IPL Record:
Balls Bowled: 156
Runs Given: 231
There’s some daylight between CSK and KKR with the three-time champions sitting third and Morgan’s team just two spots above the bottom. That said, the gap between two teams looks, even more, when it comes to performances. CSK look in far better shape at the moment, while KKR are still searching for a winning combination.
