The Lucknow Super Giants made it to the playoffs in their inaugural season of IPL, i.e., IPL 2022. They had a terrific campaign and would look to continue with the same momentum from 2022. Their opening match will be against neighbors Delhi Capitals at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow on April 1.

LSG vs DC Team News: No Quinton de Kock for opening match

Besides KL Rahul and Quinton de Kock were the backbone of LSG’s batting unit in the last season. KL Rahul will be leading the side yet again.

Quinton de Kock will be missing at least the first game for LSG. The wicket-keeper batter will be playing an ODI series against Netherlands which will end on April 2.

LSG will be without the services of left-arm paceman Mohsin Khan. Mohsin was the breakout star for LSG in the last season. Lucknow Super Giants will be without Moshin Khan for an indefinite period in this season as the extent to his injury is yet to be known.
