The Mumbai Indians (MI) have registered a sensational 6-wicket victory over the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the 54th game of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2023) being played at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. Incidentally, MI have successfully chased down 200+run total for third successive match which is a record in the Indian Premier League history. With this incredible victory, the Mumbai Indians have reached the third spot on the points table in IPL 2023.
For the Mumbai Indians, left-arm pacer Jason Behrendorff bowled an important spell in a high-scoring encounter where he took figures of 3 for 36. However, it was Suryakumar Yadav who once again completely changed the dynamics of the game throughout his remarkable 83-run knock as he smashed the RCB bowlers all around the park in a really destructive manner. Thus, Suryakumar was presented the Man of the Match award in today’s MI vs RCB match.
