Prasidh Krishna Send Off

Prasidh Krishna Send Off to Chris Jordan: After witnessing four consecutive losses, the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) have displayed a stunning performance with the ball in the ongoing IPL 2021 game against Punjab Kings (PBKS) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. After winning a crucial toss and opting to field first, the KKR bowlers came with a sensational performance to restrict the Punjab Kings to a below-par total of 123 for 9 in their 20 overs.

Prasidh Krishna Send Off to Chris Jordan

Kolkata Knight Riders captain Eoin Morgan’s bowlers were absolutely spot on with their line and lengths from the start of the innings and kept on taking wickets at regular intervals which never really allowed the Punjab Kings’ innings to find some kind of momentum. However, Chris Jordan did smash some big hits towards the end during his quick-fire cameo of 30 runs off only 18 balls but KKR’s right-arm pacer Prasidh Krishna castled his stumps with a beautiful slower delivery. Krishna was also seen giving Jordan a little send off after cleaning his stumps and providing his team a crucial wicket in the final over of the innings.

PBKS vs KKR IPL 2021

Punjab Kings made a single change to their winning combination for this game against KKR as pace bowler Chris Jordan was included in the team in place of Fabian Allen. However, apart from Jordan, the rest of the Punjab Kings batting line-up collapsed like a pack of cards against some quality bowling from the KKR trio of Pat Cummins, Sunil Narine and Prasidh Krishna. Jordan’s cameo of 30 runs helped Punjab Kings reach 123 for 9 in their quota of 20 overs, but they were surely not upto the mark in their batting performance. For the Kolkata Knight Riders, Prasidh Krishna bowled really well finishing with three wickets to his name. The duo of Narine and Cummins also scalped two wickets each to restrict the opposition.
