Fan asks Rajasthan Royals to trade Steve Smith to CSK, RR Response is Savage!

Rajasthan Royals won the inaugural edition of the Indian Premier League but since then, they haven’t even qualified for the finals of the tournament. They are a team known for investing in upcoming talents and fringe Indian players over the years and they haven’t had much success with them either.

The present RR captain Steve Smith has been a loyal servant for the franchise as he has been playing for them since 2014. Though, Steve Smith is not an extraordinary T20 batsman, he is a very useful customer as he has the skillset to succeed in this format and that’s the reason why RR have trusted him to lead the side.

Steve Smith to play for CSK?

RR endured a disappointing season last time around and they would be looking to fill the holes in their side and assemble a gun side for the upcoming season. There were rumors floating that RR might release their captain Steve Smith who had a terrible season both as a batsman and as a captain but RR have dismissed such baseless rumor in supreme swag.

A CSK fan requested to RR admin to trade Steve Smith to CSK for which RR admin replied that took a dig at the CSK franchise.

What has been the biggest highlight of India's tour of Australia 2020-21?

CSK are known as dad’s army since 2018 as the majority of their players are in their 30s. But still, CSK won the trophy and were the runner’s up in the 2018 and 2019 editions respectively and RR failed to qualify for the playoffs in the last 2 seasons.

Can RR get their combination right?

The upcoming auction will be a huge one for RR as they need to make full use of it to enhance their terrible team at the moment. They badly need another overseas pacer to partner Jofra Archer in their playing XI as they lost several games because of poor bowling.
