Former SA captain and SA20 League commissioner Graeme Smith announced the SA20 prize money. “We have worked hard to offer a rewarding and unprecedented incentive in the first season of Betway SA 20. This is first for South African cricket, we have never had this type of competitive incentive in our domestic cricket and it is further indication of SA 20’s ambitions to positively impact South African cricket.”

With the blemishing success SA20 has received in its inaugural edition, fans will be awaiting and surely excited for the next season.
