It seems that fans cannot get enough of Virat Kohli. After a couple of fans breached the security and tried to get a selfie with the Indian captain at Rajkot, one more fan tried the same act at Hyderabad on day one of the second Test against West Indies.
The incident happened in the first session of the day with Windies at 40 for one wicket. The Indian skipper was in the middle of the pitch when a man suddenly approached him by breaching the ground security.
As soon as he reached the Indian captain, the fan tried to hug him and click a picture with his mobile phone. Kohli tried to avoid the person and asked him to leave the ground.
Soon other Indian players and the Umpires came to Kohli's rescue. The security personals arrived too and they whisked off the intruder from the field.
A similar incident happened in the Rajkot Test when a couple of fans breached the security and approached the Indian captain when he was batting. At that time too, Kohli reacted in a composed manner and asked the fans to leave the field.
Meanwhile, India dismissed the visitors for 311 runs after Roston Chase scored his maiden away century in Tests. Pace bowler Umesh Yadav was terrific with the ball as he claimed six wickets on a surface that provided little assistance to the seamers.
He bagged three wickets on the first day and picked three more wickets on the second morning to dismiss the Windies for a paltry score.
In response India got off to a flying start courtesy of Prithvi Shaw's all-out aggressive batting.
