Rags to riches!
Each player of current Indian under 19 team has a fascinating story to tell the whole world. There is one particular story of a certain Yashasvi Jaiswal which is a typical Rags to riches story. It can even be made into a movie.!! Jaiswal had been a pani poori seller in streets of Mumbai less than a year ago but now is the opener who has scored a century in semis of a world cup against Pakistan.

Inspired by seniors
Indian under 19 team has no shortage of inspirations. The world’s best batsman currently has earlier been an under 19 world cup winning captain. It’s our very own Virat Kohli who along with Jaddu and several others had lifted the trophy back in 2008. Even few years earlier, Prithvi Shaw was a winning captain in under 19 cricket and so was Unmukt Chand. That is not all. India had won the trophy even 2 decades earlier with Yuvraj Singh and Kaif back in 2000. These boys wouldn’t even have been born back then but now are on the brink of bringing the trophy back home.

The final between India and Bangladesh is set to happen on February 9th in Potchefstroom.
