Kulwant Khejroliya made his debut for Delhi during the 2017-18 season of the Ranji Trophy and impressed everyone by finishing as the leading wicket-taker for the team with 17 wickets from 8 matches. His consistent performances in domestic cricket earned him a spot in the Mumbai Indians team for the 2018 Indian Premier League (IPL). Although he played only 2 matches, he picked up 4 wickets at an impressive economy rate of 6.76. However, he was not retained by the team for the following season.
