Women’s Premier League: Squads of All Teams

The much awaited India’s own Women’s Premier League (WPL) Auction is here. The tournament is set to feature five teamis namely Gujarat Giants, Mumbai Indians, UP Warriorz, Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore. The quest for the maiden title will begin from March 4 and the final will be played on March 26.

Talking about the Women’s Premier League auction, every team has been given a purse of 12 crore INR. Minimum of 90 players are being sold, with each team allowed to buy a minimum of 15 players and the maximum of 18 players. Teams can buy seven overseas players, including one from an associate nation. On the field too, the teams will be allowed to involve up to five foreigners and a compulsory one from an associate nation.
