AUS vs ENG MPL Team Prediction
Australia will meet England for the second semi-final of the ICC World Cup 2019. England entered the semi-final after defeating India and New Zealand in their last two group stage matches. Australia, on the other hand, lost their last match against South Africa to set the date for their clash with their old rivals in Birmingham.
A lot would be on stake when both the teams meet each other in the second semi-final of the tournament.
An intense face-off on cards as Birmingham braces for the battle of Ashes rivals
Australia dominated England in the warm-up game and handed over a 12 run defeat to them. Both the teams met again in the group stage match and Australia trumped their counterparts by 64 runs. England would hope to settle their scores when they meet for the knock out.
England have struggled to chase scores in the tournament so far. They have struggled to chase scores throughout the tournament and their defeat of 20 runs against Srilanka was a bummer for them. They would hope for a solid batting performance from the batsmen when they meet Australia.
Australia have also looked more comfortable in defending the totals. However, they would hope to replicate their group stage performance when they meet them for the upcoming header.

A sunny interval and a gentle breeze with temperatures reaching 23 degrees by around 3 pm is expected. There is a slight chance of rain early in the day, but it should have cleared by the time play is due to get underway. A score of more than 300 has been set twice in the last two matches.
