New Zealand U19 Team News

Throughout the three matches that have taken place, New Zealand U19 hasn’t managed to score past 250 in spite of batting first in ever game.

Olly White did get starts in his first two games but failed to convert those 30’s into big scores which could have made a difference.

White will open the innings along with Thomas Zohra provided his fit. Zohrab scored a good knock of 112 of 142 deliveries in the second ODI before he was ruled out of the third match.

Fergus Lellman will retain his spot at number three after coming off a hundred off his own in the most recent ODI,

Quinn Sunde can make way for Ben Pomare provided he’s fit and ready to go.

In spite of some good knocks by the Kiwi batsmen, it’s the bowling department which has let them down. The New Zealand bowlers have managed to pick ten wickets in the three matches combined against Bangladesh.

Bowlers such as David Hancock, Jock McKenzie, and Aditya Ashok will be expected to step up in the fourth ODI.

Bangladesh U19 Team News

For Bangladesh U19, the batting might of Tanzid Hasan, Mahmudul Hasan Joy and Towhid Hridoy has added significant value to the top order.

With those three retaining their spots, Parvez Hossain Emon might be given another opportunity to come good with the bat.

Shamim Hossain, Akbar Ali, and Shamim Hossain will take off the middle order in the lineup.

Bangladesh can experiment with the same bowling lineup as the previous game now that they’ve secured the series.

Tanzim Hasan Sakib has been the frontline bowler for Bangladesh and could be accompanied by Avishek Das, Hasan Murad, and Shoriful Islam.
