Chennai, April 09, Tuesday at 08:00 PM IST
After securing a convincing 8 wickets win over Rajasthan Royals, Kolkata Knight Riders are in Chennai for their next challenge. The MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai will witness the clash of two heavy-weights Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders on Tuesday night. Both the teams have registered a win in their last encounter and would be looking to carry their run.
The hosts clinched 22 runs win over Kings Xi Punjab in the previous fixture at the same venue. The spin trio of Harbhajan Singh, Imran Tahir and R Jadeja have been instrumental in the two home wins and something similar is expected from then when they host Kolkata Knight Riders tonight.

On the opposite, Kolkata Knight Riders’ campaign this year has been powered by Andre Russell’s Muscle Power. The Jamaican power hitter has been reason behind KKR’s every win this year, leaving behind the last one against RR. He has received three man of the match trophies in the five games played so far.
So, can MS Dhoni stop Andre Russell’s havoc in Chennai or will the Windies all-rounder continue his good run? We will find out tonight as the clash will begin at 08:00 PM tonight.

Total – 21
KKR- 08
CSK – 12
In the last two games, the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai has looked far better than the opener. Expect 150-170 to be the target score and with spinners getting more assistance, a close encounter is expected.
CSK – Unchanged
KKR – Unchanged
Kolkata Knight Riders:
Shubman Gill, Chris Lynn, Robin Uthappa, Piyush Chawla, Nitish Rana, Dinesh Karthik (c, wk), Andre Russell, Kuldeep Yadav, Sunil Narine, Harry Gurney, Prasidh Krishna
Chennai Super Kings:
Harbhajan Singh, Ambati Rayudu, Faf du Plessis, Shane Watson, Ravindra Jadeja, Suresh Raina, MS Dhoni (c, wk), Kedar Jadhav, Deepak Chahar, Scott Kuggeleijn, Imran Tahir.
This CSK vs KKR Dream11 prediction is high-risk but you may reap rewards if some assumptions come off. We advise you not to use these teams in small league contests.
Team 1, 2 and 3: Spinners at the task
Both the teams boast plenty of spin options and with the wicket too suitable for spinners, it can be spinners’ day out. P Chawla, Imran Tahir, H Singh and Kuldeep Yadav are the potential match-winners and can change the course of the game alone.
Andre Russell vs Imran Tahir: 3 dismissals in 6 innings (Average – 4.3)
Andre Russell vs R Jadeja: 2 dismissals in 6 innings (Average – 27.5)
Watson vs Narine – 6 dismissals in 50 balls bowled, Runs scored – 56
Rayudu vs Narine – 3 dismissals in 42 balls bowled, Runs scored – 36
Given the above stats, Imran Tahir & Sunil Narine will be the go-to men for the two skippers. The strategy might well work.
Captain & Vice Captain- Imran Tahir, P Chawla, H Singh, S Narine and K Yadav
MS Dhoni is picked in by 83% of fantasy teams
In batting, C Lynn, Suresh Raina, N Rana and S Watson are the most picked.
80% of fantasy teams have Andre Russell and S Narine as all-rounders. Only 30% of fantasy enthusiasts selected R Jadeja.
Barring Imran Tahir, bowlers are evenly picked for tomorrow’s game
THIS CSK VS KKR DREAM11 PREDICTION IS HIGH-RISK BUT YOU MAY REAP REWARDS IF SOME ASSUMPTIONS COME OFF. WE ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE THESE TEAMS IN SMALL LEAGUE CONTESTS.
