Both the sides eye top spot

Both the teams have won three out of four encounters and are placed in the first half of the points table, Kings XI Punjab – second and Chennai Super Kings – third spot. While CSK faced 37 runs defeat against MI at Wankhede Stadium on Wednesday night, Kings XI Punjab secured 14 runs win over Delhi Capitals in Mohali on Monday, courtesy Sam Curran’s hat-trick.
