Cardiff, June 08, Saturday at 03:00 PM IST
The twelfth fixture of ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 will be played at Sophia Garden in Cardiff between the hosts England and Bangladesh. Both the teams have managed one win and one loss in the two games played so far.
England thumped South Africa by 104 runs in the tournament opener to kick start the campaign but faced an unexpected narrow defeat against Pakistan in the second encounter.
Bangladesh made a winning start to the campaign with a convincing 21 runs win over South Africa but ended up on the losing side against New Zealand in the second encounter.
While both the teams eye on going forward, an interesting battle is expected to take place in Cardiff which usually favours pacers more.
The clash will begin at 03:00 PM IST.

The Sophia Garden in Cardiff has witnessed two low-scoring encounters so far. The surface has a nice green covering which will surely help in keeping the pace on the pitch. Pacers, especially English, will be quite happy to see that.
As far as weather conditions are concerned, it would be partly cloudy in Cardiff and the toss winning side is expected to field first. Expect the first innings total to be 280-300.
