After recording a 3-0 clean sweep in the ODI series vs Windies Women, England are now on a 13 win streak across all formats. They won their last ODI by a dominant 135 runs. The player of the match was Amy Ellen Jones for her wonderful 80 off 83 balls.
England is number 2 in ODIs and T20s, behind Australia in both. Windies women sit at number 4 in the T20I Rankings. Heather Knight stated that winning the T20 series will further improve their form and set them up for the upcoming Ashes.
West Indies have not looked good versus England so far They lost all three ODIs by 208, 121 and 135 runs, a very huge gap. They are quite better in T20s than ODI which might help boost their confidence coming into this match.
