The third ODI of the five-match series will be played between South Africa and Sri Lanka as the hosts look to win yet another on Sunday.
South Africa have been near about perfect in the two first two games of the series. Their opening batsmen give them an explosive start, which sets the match strongly for the middle-over batsman to finish the job. Everybody is doing what is asked from them, and it is highly unlikely that this balance is going to be tinkered with before the start of ICC World Cup. They will be looking to seal this series with this win, and experiment in the last two games.
Meanwhile, Sri Lanka are in a sticky situation as a cricketing nation. They have not done well at all in recent years, and are being mocked by fans around the world. The consistency that was once their biggest strength, has completely gone away, and now they are a side of their former self. If they are not going to address this problem directly, it is expected that they are not going to be doing any damage in the ICC World Cup 2019, and can be one of the teams who will be ousted early on.
