India are reigning and the most successful champions of the Under 19 Asia Cup, winning their 8th title out of the possible 10. India recorded a hat-trick of Asia Cup wins after winning the last edition of the U19 Asia Cup tournament in 2021. They are the defending champions of the Under 19 World Cup as well. Afghanistan, on the other hand, are the semi-finalist of the U-19 World Cup, 2023. But in the 2021 U-19 Asia Cup, they won only 1 match of their 3 group matches.
Afghanistan’s young team, eventually, puts up a tough fight against India. A good match to watch from the beginning of this tournament.
