IND vs BAN Dream11: India open the two-test match home series against the touring Bangladesh side at Indore. Virat Kohli returns to the team alongwith some other stars as the Men in Blue seek to maintain their high level in the truest format of the game.
The Bangla Tigers fought against their Indian counterpart with hammer and tongs in the shortest format of the game and forced a decider in the game-3 after opening the tour with a convincing 7-wicket win in the first T20. But the hosts came hard in the next two games, eventually winning the series 2-1, under the tutelage of stand-in captain Rohit Sharma.
India could have allowed more rest to their core team, but the fact that Kohli returns to the team, as do other senior members like Ajinkya Rahane, Ravichandran Ashwin, Mohammed Shami, Cheteshwar Puajra, Wridhiman Saha, and Ishant Sharma, shows that the Indian team aims to take control of the ICC World Test Championship. As things stand, the Men in Blue are leading the table after 5 games.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh will surely be targetting a major scalp as they aim to open their account in the Test Championship.
Test 1 of 2-match series

The weather is expected to be clear on all five days, with no chances of rain. The sun will shine brightly and the full days of play are expected on all five days.
While the pitch at Holkar Stadium is expected to be slightly different than what you would expect from a typical Indian pitch. Unlike most of the ground in India, the pitch here seems to have more juice, which means, assistance for the fast bowlers more longer periods. That said, the spinners are expected to rule here.
This will be the 7th test series between Indian and Bangladesh with the Men in Blue yet to lose either a series or a match in the longest format of the game. The 2015 drawn series remains the best result for the Bangla tiger and the only incident when India failed to win a test series against Bangladesh.

India team news: As mentioned above big guns return for the test series but the composition of the team remains the same which took on South Africa last month.

Mayank Agarwal: Had an unforgetful debut series against South Africa. expect him to be amongst the highest run-getter here.
Rohit Sharma: Made the South Africa series of his own as he racked up an insane amount of runs. The Mumbai Indian captain scored a double century and will be looking to score heavily in this series against a Bangladesh attack which lacks genuine pace and a quality spinner on its roster.
Virat Kohli: Doesn't need any introduction. A once in a generation kind of player, and somebody who is on course to break many records.
Mushfiqur Rahim: He has been a thorn in Indian side in the past. He is a kind of player who values his wicket, and on the flat Indian pitches, considering his technique, he will be hard to get out.
