Mumbai Indians faces SunRisers Hyderabad in what will be either side’s 13th game of the season in the Indian Premier League on Thursday.
These two teams are in the hunt to seal their berth for the playoffs, and this will be the ideal time for either of them to complete this job.
Mumbai Indians are the third-placed side in the IPL and have showcased what a truly great side they have been for a while. They have an incredible roster with superstars in every department. Captain Rohit Sharma needs to be a bit more consistent, and if he also gets going, this franchise will be unstoppable. With only two games left in the regular season, it will be interesting to see how they fair themselves against a genuine contender for the title.
Meanwhile, SunRisers Hyderabad are the only side in the entire IPL who have an even record so far after 12 games played. The team will be looking to showcase that they can survive without their superstar in David Warner, who went away after scoring 692 runs. They still have some incredible players, and will be looking to showcase why they have been able to make the finals last year and even won a championship in 2016.
