Put into bat first, Germany managed 37-8 in the allotted 20 overs as nobody managed to score more than 5 runs. In reply, Scotland chased down the target in just 6 overs at the loss of 2 scalps and handed Germany 8 wickets defeat.

Germany, Netherlands and Scotland are taking part in a double round-robin tournament at the ICC Women’s Qualifier Europe 2019 in Spain. Scotland has already booked a spot in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier and now one of Germany or Netherland will qualify for another vacant spot.
