SRH vs CSK
After suffering the worst eight-wicket in the IPL history, Sunrisers Hyderabad find themselves in hot waters. Despite the power hitting of their opening duo Warner and Bairstow, the team is struggling to deal with their middle-order frailties and are desperate to find a solution for it. After losing their last match to the Delhi Capitals by 39 runs, the Sunrisers Hyderabad would be keen to getting back to winning ways when they meet Chennai Super Hyderabad in Hyderabad.
On the other hand, there is no stopping the Chennai Super Kings. The current table-toppers have firmly maintained their position with seven wins in eight games. Their last win came against Kolkata Knight Riders where Imran Tahir returned a four-fer to take Chennai home. The presence of two bowlers in top five wicket-takers in the tournament so far shows how formidable the bowling line-up of CSK has been. Although there are no batsmen from the yellow brigade in the top five run scorers, someone has always risen to the occasion to play some match-winning knocks for the Thala-led yellow army.
This time around as well, Dhoni would be keen to continue his winning streak when they meet SRH on Wednesday.
No longer a part of the decision-making process of the team: Warner
“I agree SRH brought in too many changes. Team management took that decision and I don’t know what the thinking was. I am no longer a part of the decision-making process but when you lose that experience in the middle, things might get difficult. ”
It is always beneficial to take advice from Mr Dhoni: Tahir
“I bowled how my captain wanted me to bowl. He has been helping a lot this season and it is very beneficial to take advice from him. Credit goes to him more than me.”
