The BCCI is organizing this tournament across six cities – Bengaluru, Jaipur, Indore, Surat, Rajkot, and Chennai with a total of 37 teams taking part in it. The teams have been divided into six groups – five elite groups and one plate group comprising of seven teams. Bengal Women are the defending champions of the trophy and are placed in Elite Group B along with Railways and Haryana.

The group stage will be followed by pre-quarterfinals that are scheduled to take place on March 27 while the four quarterfinal games are set to be played on March 29 and 30. The semi-finals will be played on April 1 followed by the final on April 4.

Pondicherry Women and Bihar Women will return to action after a long gap of almost a year and will be looking to get off to a winning start. The clash will begin at 09:00 AM IST.
