Their opponents in Boost Defenders have named a 17-man squad for the league with the likes of Cameron Delport, Kyle Abbott, Paul Stirling and Hashmatullah Shahidi set to grace the occasion.

Boost Defenders started their campaign on a winning note with a comprehensive 35-run win over Auckland thanks to a swashbuckling 47-ball-84 by skipper Colin Ingram which propelled them to 5-205 in 20 overs.

Defending 205, Kyle Abbott (3-21) was the pick of the bowlers that helped them restrict Auckland to 5-170- 35 runs adrift of the target.
