As the Vivo IPL 2019 has reached the playoffs stage,  it’s time for the Women’s T20 Challenge 2019 to kick off.

The four matches tournament will kick start in the evening with the first game scheduled to be played between Trailblazers and Supernovas at Sawai Man Singh Stadium in Jaipur.  A total of three teams will participate in the tournament and the final will be played on May 11 in Jaipur. All the matches will be played at the same ground-Sawai Man Singh Stadium in Jaipur.

Trailblazers will play under the leadership of Smriti Mandhana while Harmanpreet Kaur will lead Supernovas.  Unlike the last time, the tournament will be missing out Australian players due to some miscommunication between the officials.

Studded with overseas players in the likes of Stephanie Taylor, Suzie Bates and Sophie Ecclestone,  Trailblazers will be looking to start the tournament with a win. Apart from the overseas giants,  Trailblazers have the experienced Jhulan Goswami, D Hemlatha, Deepti Sharma and Harleen Deol in their ranks.

Supernovas, on the opposite, will bank on Chamari Athapaththu, Lea Tahuhu and Sophie Devine. In the local talents, Supernovas have Mansi Joshi,  Priya Punia,  Radha Yadav and Jemimah Rodriguez.

The match will begin at 07:30 PM IST in the evening.
